EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
In case the product you ordered didn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it in 2 weeks from the day of receiving the package.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. The package in which the product will be returned needs to contain: the product in its original box, the invoice and the guarantee certificate.
If the product returned has signs of deterioration, it will not be received back by Teilor.
The products that were modified or customized on the request of the client cannot be returned.
If you received other product than the one you ordered, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible and fill in the Return form. In this case, all the delivery expenses implied in replacing the product will be covered by Teilor.
If the product does not meet all the manufacturing characteristics specified in our offer, you can return it or replace it. If you wish to replace it with a product having a greater value, you will pay the extra amount. In case the price of the replacing product is lower, we will send you the remaining amount. All the delivery expenses regarding the replacing of the product will be covered by Teilor.
In order to return a product, you should follow these steps:
1. Fill in the Return Form.
2. In the delivery box, you should put the product, the invoice and the guarantee certificate.
3. Wrap carefully the returned product, so that it will not get damaged during the delivery.

The delivery expenses for returning the products will be covered by the client.
The amount representing the price of the returned product will be reimbursed in maximum 30 days from the moment of receiving the product by Teilor, through bank transfer and in the account specified by the client in the Return form.
